Terms of service

Last updated: May 2025

Overview

By placing an order with Welcome or using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Orders & cutoffs

Orders must be placed before the weekly Thursday 11:59pm CT cutoff. After cutoff, your order is locked into sourcing and production. Cancellation or modification of confirmed orders is not possible after that point.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless a net-30 invoicing arrangement has been agreed in writing for B2B accounts. We accept major credit cards through our payment processor. Prices shown are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery windows are provided as estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provide or upon pickup at our facility. Keep refrigerated upon receipt—do not leave trays unattended in warm environments for more than two hours.

Food safety & allergens

Allergen notes reflect intentional ingredients in each SKU. We operate in a shared kitchen where common allergens are present. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies must contact us before ordering. Nutritional information is provided in good faith from standardized recipes; actual values may vary by batch.

Returns & refunds

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. If there is a quality issue with your order (damaged seal, wrong item, spoilage upon delivery), contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welcome's total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
