How do allergens work in a shared kitchen?
Labels list intentional ingredients for that SKU. We operate in a shared facility, which means we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before placing their first order so we can walk through the relevant recipes together.
When is the weekly order cutoff?
Orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59pm CT. After that point, we have already locked in sourcing for the week. Missing the cutoff means your first delivery will be the following week.
Can I pause or skip a week?
Yes—contact us before the weekly cutoff and we will hold your slot. After cutoff your order is already slotted into production, so pausing after that point is not possible for the current week.
What are the delivery windows?
Deliveries run Sunday and Monday for the Austin metro area. Exact windows depend on your zip code and route capacity. Pickup is available any time during our kitchen hours at 1200 Industrial Blvd—confirm the window when you order.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Trays are blast-chilled after cooking and remain refrigerator-fresh for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze within 2 days of delivery and consume within 60 days. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
How do I reheat?
Remove the lid or vent it before microwaving 2–3 minutes, then let it rest for 60 seconds—carryover heat finishes the center. For a better texture on proteins, 350°F in the oven for 8–10 minutes on a sheet tray works well. Do not microwave with the lid sealed.
Can I choose specific meals or customize my box?
Our shop bundles are chef-curated for variety and production efficiency. If you have strong lane preferences (all lean, all vegan, etc.) or volume needs above 30 meals, contact us before ordering and we can discuss lane-locked boxes—pricing may vary slightly based on ingredient cost.
Do you offer custom macros?
For retail SKUs we standardize recipes so macros are consistent batch to batch. For large custom drops (corporate, events, or clinical partnerships), contact us with your targets and volume—we will let you know what is feasible.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The site-wide minimum is $100. Our smallest listed bundle starts at $104 (Night Shift 8-Pack). Weekly subscription plans start at 10 meals per week.
How are macros calculated?
We use standardized recipes and USDA-referenced data for each ingredient, then apply FDA rounding rules. Minor batch-to-batch variation is normal. If you are tracking calories tightly, treat the label figures as a consistent reference—not a lab-certified guarantee.
