How it works

A predictable loop beats a perfect plan. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your fridge.

    Pick your meals

    Select from lean, bulk, vegan, and performance categories. Save favorites for faster reordering.

  2. 02

    Submit before cutoff

    Weekly cutoff is Thursday 11:59pm CT so our kitchen can source and schedule production.

  3. 03

    We cook and cool

    Blast-chill for safety, seal in microwave-safe trays, and label with macros and allergens.

  4. 04

    Delivered or pickup

    Sunday–Monday delivery windows in the Austin metro, or pickup at our Industrial Blvd kitchen.

Packaging & reheat

Trays are microwave-safe PP where possible; lids are vented for reheating. Sauces that separate on chill ship in a second cup when needed.

Oven finish is fair game: 350°F on a sheet tray for proteins if you have time.
